• Prior to taking his position at FVL, Jonathan was in charge of youth and music at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Black Creek, WI, for one year, the Worship Director for CrossWalk Lutheran Ministries in Laveen, AZ, for thirteen years, and the Worship Director for 922 Ministries in Appleton, WI, for seven years.

Mr. Charles Flunker
On-Site Substitute Teacher

• Charles was hired as our On-Site Substitute Teacher.
• He graduated in 2009 from Martin Luther College with a teaching degree.
• Prior to working this position, Charles served as a tutor at Great Plains Lutheran High School in Watertown, WI, for two years, as a 5-6 teacher at Immanuel Lutheran in Salem, OR, for one-and-a-half years, and most recently as an on-call sub for Fox Valley Lutheran.
• He and his wife, Anna, are members at Bethlehem Lutheran in Hortonville. They have three children: Zooey (12), Isaak (9), and Ava (6).

Mrs. Katie Friemark
Study Hall Supervisor

• Katie was hired to serve as our Study Hall Supervisor.
• She has a Technical Diploma in Dental Assisting from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay.
• Before coming to FVL, Katie worked as a dental assistant for 12 years and spent one year working for the City of Menasha Health Department, providing preventative dental care to students and educating them on dental health.
• She and her daughters, Ava (12) and Aubrey (9) are members at Mount Olive in Appleton.

• Charissa has been hired as a Library Assistant in the Media Center.
• She has a Cosmetology License from the Salon Professional Academy (2006) and a Medical Office Assistant technical diploma from Fox Valley Technical College (2017).
• Prior to working at FVL, Charissa worked as a paraprofessional at St. Paul in Appleton, WI. She and her daughter Chaleesie (11) are members at Riverview in Appleton.

Miss Madeline Lange
English Instructor

• Madeline has been called as an English Instructor. She also serves as an advisor for Cross & Crown (Yearbook) and FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America).
• She graduated in 2020 from WLC with a degree in Secondary Education and English.
• Prior to taking this call, Maddy served at Divine Savior Academy in Doral, FL.
• She is a member at The CORE in Appleton.

Mrs. Elizabeth Moliter
Guided Study Hall Instructor

• Elizabeth has been hired to serve as a Guided Study Hall Instructor.
• She has a teaching degree from MLC (2005).
• During her ministry, Beth has served as a tutor at Luther Preparatory School for two years, a teacher at Our Redeemer in Madison, WI for three years, and a resource teacher at Trinity in Brillion, WI, for one year.
• She and her husband, Thomas, are members at Mount Olive in Appleton.
• They have four children: Clara (FVL Freshman), Anna (FVL Freshman), Ezra (11), and Leah (8).

• Jesse has joined the faculty as a Social Studies Instructor.

• Jesse taught at Divine Grace Lutheran School in Orion, MI, where he served for four years. From there, Jesse was called to Rocky Mountain Lutheran High School in Commerce City, CO, where he taught history for six years.

Mr. Michael Reick
Custodial Assistant

• Michael has been hired as a Custodial Assistant.
• He is a 1990 graduate of FVL and attended UW-Oshkosh.
• Prior to working at FVL, Mike worked as a mat roller for Vestis for three years.
• He is a member at St. Paul in Appleton. He has two adult children: Kyra and Hadley.

Mrs. Mary Robinson
School Office Assistant

• Mary has been hired as part-time School Office Assistant.
• She has an Associates Degree in Medical Office Assistance from Fox Valley Technical College (2013).
• Before FVL, she was a stay-at-home mother and house cleaner.
• Mary and her husband, Ryan, are members at Bethel Lutheran Church in Menasha.

• Before FVL, Julie worked as a marketing leader at Scheels for four years, and worked in in-home health as a trainer and first-impression specialist for one-and-a-half years.

Mr. Darin Stewart
Athletic Director

• Darin has been called as our Athletic Director.
• He earned his teaching degree from DMLC in 1990.
• Prior to accepting this call, Darin taught for 11 years at St. Paul in Wonewoc, WI, and then for 24 years at St. Mark in Green Bay.
• His wife, Amy, and he are members at St. Mark, De Pere.
• They have two children: Brianna (FVL Senior) and Ashley (FVL Sophomore).

Mrs. Jennifer Vik
Math Instructor

• Jennifer has been called as a Math Instructor and Dance Coach.
• She earned her teaching degree from MLC (2005) and has an MS in Education from UW-Stout (2024).
• Prior to accepting her call to FVL, Jennifer taught for a year at Hope Middle School in Milwaukee, WI. She was a stay-at-home mother for ten years. Then, she taught 5-8 science and math at St. Paul Lutheran School in Fort Atkinson, WI, for ten years.
• She and her husband, Matthew, are members at Zion Lutheran Church in Readfield, where he serves as pastor.
• They have four children: Maria and Elijah (both current students at MLC), Ezekiel (FVL Sophomore), and Samson (FVL Freshman).
