FVL Flashback
to the 1990s

Mr. Paul Hartwig became the school principal in 1991, and long-range planning for a possible relocation and expansion of the school began. FVL’s 40th anniversary was celebrated in 1993, with an enrollment of 560 and a faculty of 37. The girls softball team brought home the State Championship trophy in 1998—the same year that FVL's first website was launched.
